The beach of Jomtien Pattaya is from the city proper by the Pra-Tamnak Hill (Buddha Hill), geographically separated, but there is since 2006 a new road that connects the city of Pattaya on the Bali Hai Pier on the beach side directly to Jomtien. In contrast to Pattaya Jomtien Beach is a family bathroom, apartment buildings lined up here at this beach hotel, bungalow villages, apartments, skyscrapers and restaurants. The 56-storey "Pattaya Park Tower is visible from afar, it is the largest resort hotel in Asia. The "Ambassador City Jomtien" with more than 4,000 rooms, is also located here. The creation of additional high-rise buildings is planned, such as the 91-storey Ocean 1 Tower.
